Struthers Lake Regional Park is located just 28 kilometers southwest of the Town of Kinistino. The Park gives the visitor a view of sand hills bordering a small peaceful lake. If you’re looking for a great place to host a company picnic, family or school reunion, church picnic, wedding, or anniversary then come visit Struthers Lake.
A Gazebo is available for rent that will hold up to 150 people! Built in 1992, the gazebo provides the perfect place to hold a gathering!
The park has seven rental cabins which are electrified and furnished, with fridge, stove, microwave, table & chairs, bed(s) and hide a beds. Bring your own bedding and dishes. Our concession offers full meals, snacks and a few groceries. Modern washrooms with showers are located adjacent to the concession building.
There is a play area filled with swings, climbers, merry-go-round, teeter-totters, a large creative center on a sand base, and a small water park which includes a slide that goes down to the lake. There is a great beach, a boat launch, two ball diamonds and many hiking trails.
In addition to the excellent bird watching right in the park, the waterhen marsh is a short 15 minutes away. It is designated a bird sanctuary and is host to many varieties of birds and waterfowl.
