The Sports Complex consists of a rink with artificial ice and an attached curling rink. The major users of the rink are minor hockey teams, the figure skating club, the school, and a senior hockey team.

The curling rink has three sheets of ice offered to the curling club and is also used by the school.

The upper level of the rink has a 7200 square foot gymnasium with kitchen facilities. The gymnasium is used by the school for day use and is used for social functions such as weddings, dances, and concerts in the evenings. The gymnasium is also used for indoor soccer.

Free Wi-Fi in the Kinistino Sports Complex is provided by Access Communications. Look for the signage inside.
