HISTORY: A meeting was called for March 24, 1905 to organize a Kinistino Cemetery Co. and appoint officers. It was evident that the present cemetery was used for some years before this date. The cemetery is located on the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 29, Township 45, Range 21, W2 and contains 4+ acres.

GOAL: The goal of the organization is to provide plots at a reasonable price, currently set at $200.00/plot and $100/additional occupant, and to maintain the cemetery grounds.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: Every spring an annual public meeting is held. The new executive is chosen from those attending and the remainder of those present are directors for the year. The Treasurer is the Administrator of the Town and he/she takes care of the management of the cemetery. The books and records are kept at the Town Office. A maintenance person is hired by the Board to maintain the cemetery.

The organization is a registered charitable organization and donations are tax deductible. All revenue of the organization is from donations.
