The Jubilee Lodge is a 30 bed Long Term Care (LTC) Facility.  Placement for admission to LTC is made following assessment by the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region (PAPHR).  Criteria for placement require a rating of Level 3 or 4 care.   One of these beds is designated as respite for those individuals who need care on a temporary basis regardless of level of care.

Day respite can be arranged by Home Care in Prince Albert.  Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Special Care Aides provide 24 hour nursing care.  Other services provided are by housekeeping, dietary, laundry, physiotherapy, occupational and recreation therapy.  Maintenance personnel are also on site.  The dietary department provides Meals-on-Wheels.  This service is arranged through PAPHR.  The dietary department plays a large part in providing for birthday parties and special events.
 
The O.T./P.T. department also provides service to clients in the community following referral.  Recreation therapy is responsible for arranging entertainment, church services, outings and projects for groups and individuals.
 
 
The Kinistino & District Health Care Auxiliary assist in purchasing necessary comforts or equipment for the residents through their active and endless fundraising endeavours.

Volunteers are a large part of the Jubilee Lodge life.  During the school year Junior Volunteers are encouraged to join in an effort to bridge the gap between the generations.  Student bursaries are available for those qualifying.  Volunteers assist with games such as Bingo and checkers, hair care, one-on-one activities and outings.

The recreation department is involved with fundraising ie. assembling a Jubilee Lodge cookbook, yard sales from donated items.

Officially opened in May of 1964, the Haven of Hope Home Inc. provides residential services for individuals who are mentally challenged.  Continuing to be privately owned and operated, the present day structure consists of three residential facilities, and houses a total of seventeen residents.  Based on the founding philosophy of “living a quality life in a family-like atmosphere”, the Haven opened the door to schooling, community life, and employment opportunities for its residents.  The Haven employs approximately fifteen people within the community and surrounding area.
